PRIVACY · LAUNCH DRAFT
Clear boundaries for your business data.
This plain-language draft records how the current US preview handles information. It will receive formal legal review before the paid public launch.
Information used by the preview
The workspace may store your account email, business profile, service ZIP codes, working hours, job details and photos you deliberately upload. It also stores customer contact details and business records you save, including inquiries, estimates, invoice drafts, expenses, prepared customer emails and record history. Controlled receptionist tests may create call records and leads.
Why it is used
The information is used to provide the US workspace, prepare job-marketing previews, enforce approval steps and keep the service secure.
SMS and mobile information
If you separately opt in to MOREWORK US SMS alerts, your mobile number and messaging consent are used only to provide the service messages you requested, such as receptionist-lead or account notifications. Message frequency varies with account activity and message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process messaging data only as needed to deliver the requested service.
Storage and separation
US account records and private job photos use the dedicated MOREWORK US environment. The US preview does not use the MOREWORK UK production backend.
Your choices
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating or using a MOREWORK account. You choose whether to upload a photo and whether to approve a draft. Publishing and live billing are currently disabled. The dedicated US receptionist is active only for controlled test calls. Signed-in users can download an account-data export and submit or cancel an account-deletion request in Setup review, under Privacy & account controls. A deletion request is recorded for review; it does not immediately erase the account or its records. Formal privacy-request contact details will be added before public launch.
Cookies
The public information pages do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The signed-in workspace may use essential browser storage to maintain your session and local preview state.
Launch draft updated October 2, 2026. Formal US legal review is still required before paid public launch.
