What messages are for
MOREWORK US may send service alerts to a business owner who has separately opted in, such as a notification that a new receptionist lead or account event is ready for review.
How consent works
Consent is collected after the user signs in to the MOREWORK US workspace and opens the Receptionist / notification settings. The user enters a mobile number and may separately tick the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is optional, not pre-selected, and can be left unticked while continuing to use MOREWORK.
